1. Services

Chop’s Turf Management offers a range of landscaping and lawn care services, including but not limited to lawn care, lawn rehab, mosquito treatment, vegetation management, shrub care, and landscape repair. Services are primarily offered within Warren County and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All service requests begin with a quote, which is custom to your property’s needs. Quotes are generally valid for 30 days and may be subject to adjustments if the scope of work changes.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, check, or credit card. For larger or ongoing projects, a deposit may be required.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee. In case of inclement weather, services will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

5. Property Access

To perform services, our team requires access to your property as discussed. If you cannot be present, please ensure we have any necessary access codes or permissions. We also use online tools to assess your property via Google Maps and Yardbooks.

6. Customer Responsibilities

We ask that pets and other items be kept away from the treatment areas on the day of service. Please let us know of any specific requirements for your property in advance.

7. Liability

Chop’s Turf Management will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or any damages that result from failure to disclose critical information about your property. We aim to treat all properties with care and diligence.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver quality services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue. Any requests for re-treatment or adjustments must be made within 14 days of service.

9. Warranties and Refunds

Due to the nature of our work, outcomes may vary based on soil, weather, and environmental factors. We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide re-treatment within a reasonable timeframe if there are issues with the initial service.

10. Collection of Phone Numbers

By providing your phone number through our website form, you agree to receive communications from Chop’s Turf Management, including service-related messages and occasional promotional or marketing content. Phone numbers are securely stored and will never be shared, sold, or distributed outside of Chop’s Turf Management. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us at chopsturf@gmail.com.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services or communicating with you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

12. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and branding materials displayed on this site are the property of Chop’s Turf Management and may not be used without permission. We reserve the right to display before-and-after images of our work for promotional purposes unless a client explicitly requests otherwise.
